Today it’s more like 1 week to get to an okayish brief and 3 days to ideate around it. But what if we stopped waiting for the lackluster client briefs and wrote some of our own? What if those briefs spawned work that both drove creativity and sales? What if people from every department were inspired and collaborating together across teams? What if your agency started winning more awards than ever before?
