Jason is the co-creative leader of Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where he helps fulfill the agency’s mission of creating a place where all 550 people who work there can do the best work of their lives. Jason and his talented teams create memorable campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands, including Airbnb, Amazon Music, Coca-Cola, Converse, Instagram, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Nike, Old Spice, Powerade, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, RXBAR, and more. Under his leadership and with strong partners across the network, W+K was recently recognized as Adweek’s U.S. Agency of the Year (2018), Adweek’s Global Agency of the Year (2017), Advertising Age’s Agency of the Year (2017) and ranked number one on Fast Company’s 2018 Most Innovative list for Marketing and Advertising. Before taking the lead of W+K Portland, Jason was a proven leader on one of our most successful and innovative accounts. As both a writer and a creative director on Old Spice, Jason transformed the outdated deodorant brand into the category’s definitive leader. The Old Spice “Smell Like a Man, Man” won the Cannes Lion Grand Prix, an Emmy, and became one of the most popular advertising campaigns in history. In addition to Old Spice, Jason served as creative director on Samsung, Oreo, Trident, Electronic Arts, and—all of which have earned the industry’s top honors and acclaim by both of his parents, and at least one of his seven siblings. He graduated with degrees in Marketing Communications and is the proud father of Ruby, Ezra, and Lucy. Most importantly, Jason has ridden dirt bikes with Fabio.
