Our annual Creative Leaders Retreat was created out of a need for more mentorship in our industry. Too often we’ve heard, “There is no formal training process to go from being a creative to managing creatives.” Our sessions led by award-winning creative leaders provide insight into how you can make that transition and run a better creative department and agency.


Art Directors, Writers, ACDs, Creative Directors and Executive Creative Directors who are looking for tangible, actionable ideas that will help their agencies and help them become a better leader.


No hashtags, no podiums, no recording and no canned presentations. What’s said in the room stays in the room, offering an environment where real, candid conversations can take place. Half of each session is presentation while the rest of the time is for discussion so that it’s never just a one-way conversation.
