Beth Kushner chews gum very loudly. It is probably her worst trait. Despite that she recently got hired at Amazon as a Global Creative Director. Previously she was a Group Creative Director at Mekanism where she made her mark winning new business and leading campaigns advocating for women's health. Beth has roamed the halls at McCann Erickson, BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather, Taxi, Vaynermedia, and TBWA\Chiat\Day. For the past 16 years, Beth has created integrated campaigns for brands for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Peloton, General Electric, American Express and Pepsi. Her work has been acknowledged and awarded by The One Show, The Clios, Webby Awards and AICP Awards. Most recently, Beth finished her first stint as a teacher at School of Visual Arts, where she taught Junior year BFA students. She continues to keep her 9-year-old twin daughters alive and they have grown to be much cooler than she will ever be.

Arnold is the agency that first inspired Sean to get into advertising. He spent the first few years of his career trying to build a decent enough book to get his foot in the door. And, once he finally snuck in, the next 12 rising through the ranks of the Arnold creative department to become CCO in 2019.
During his career, Sean has served as creative lead across all sorts of clients and categories, including Progressive Insurance, Ocean Spray, Volvo, Monster.com, New Balance, Merrill Lynch, Priceline.com, Panasonic and many more.
As CCO of Arnold, Sean has reignited what Arnold has always been known for – big, brilliantly simple ideas, executed expertly, designed to connect with real audiences, stick in culture and drive business.
A master of the art of humor, Sean is best known for his leadership in the creation of everyone’s favorite Parenta-life coach, Dr. Rick, and the iconic employee-character “Flo” for Progressive Insurance – characters that are so inextricably linked with the brand they can no longer be separated. During Sean’s tenure, Progressive’s business has more than tripled in size, achieving a 525% increase in market cap by reaching new audiences and growing into the 2nd largest auto insurance company in the country. All as Progressive has grown into one of the country’s most-advertised and recognizable brands.
Sean’s work has been repeatedly recognized by every major advertising award show there is, including Cannes, D&AD, One Show, the ANDYs, Communication Arts, Clio, New York Festivals, London International, Effie, Radio Mercury, Addy, Webbys, AICP and many others.

Kristina “KJ” Jenkins is a Chief Strategy Officer who has founded, led and scaled Strategy capabilities at the Advertising industry’s most leading-edge creative agencies including Cashmere, Zambezi, mcgarrybowen and most recently MullenLowe.
She has partnered with brands like Disney, Venmo, Instagram, Google, HBO, FX, Hulu, Marriott and Honda to transform their brand’s business, the lives of their consumers and ultimately culture at large. She creates a bold vision for what a brand can be, inspiring companies to embrace the brave behaviors often required to realize that vision, empowering talent to push their creativity to new levels, uncovering insights in unexpected places beyond a brand’s category and a relentless pursuit of the brand showing up in the world in attention-worthy, metric moving and never been done before ways.
She is incredibly passionate about mentoring the next generation of advertising talent and has been a guest speaker at Advertising Week, Virginia Commonwealth University Brandcenter, M-School at Loyola Marymount University, Michigan State University, The Marcus Graham Project and the One Club for Creativity. Norm leads creative, design, and production at Cactus, where he actively and enthusiastically reminds us that people hate ads — so we're not going to make them. Instead, we're going to befriend people, make their day a little easier or a little more fun. A graduate of CU Boulder and Art Center College of Design, Norm also teaches at his alma mater in Boulder.
His leadership and creativity have earned Cactus national and international recognition, including recent honors like the Drum Award for "Best Performing Agency" and a spot on Outside Magazine's "Best Places to Work" list. Cactus also ranks highly in the One Club Global Rankings.

Andrew Dawson is a CSO, startup CMO, and strategy and innovation consultant currently serving as interim CSO at Liquid Sunshine, the In-House Agency of Keurig Dr. Pepper. He specializes in brand building, go-to-market strategy, and product innovation. He has led strategy work in nearly every category and industry, from luxury goods and fashion to automotive, packaged goods to healthcare, and fintech. He developed the first brand strategy for Adidas Originals since its inception and has re-aligned and helped rebrand many DTC and B2B companies. He was a founding partner at Master and Dynamic, CMO at luxury climate-tech startup Aether Diamonds, and has worked with many world-class brands such as Land Rover/Jaguar, Nespresso, Levis, IBM, Bloomberg, E*Trade, and many more. Kristine Kobe believes in-house agencies are best positioned to help brands find their
disruptive advantage and build on their legacy from within. Kristine joined Keurig Dr Pepper
in October 2022 to lead the in-house Advertising Agency, Liquid Sunshine. Prior to joining
Keurig Dr Pepper she was with OLIVER, where she had extensive experience building
bespoke creative organizations. Most notable was building and leading the in-house
advertising agency for Molson Coors which won ANA In-house Agency of the Year in 2022.
Kristine has a proven track record of driving business results with award winning creative.
Prior to building in-house creative agencies, she worked at creative agencies like Leo
Burnett, Digitas, FCB, among others. Kristine has worked on iconic brands like Sharpie,
Reddi-wip, Eggo, Pop-Tarts, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, and JennAir to name a few. Her work led
to winning several creative effectiveness awards including a Cannes Lion Grand Prix for
Whirlpool campaign Care Counts and a Gold Effie for the JennAir campaign Bound by
Nothing.
Kristine holds a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin
Cities. When she’s not working, you can find her with her children, golfing with her
husband, running outdoors, working out with Peloton @winegirlchicago, or enjoying a good
glass of wine.

businesses and people. Across creative leadership roles, Ronald has a record of consistently transforming
networks into world-class creative brands. In a career spanning Singapore, Malaysia and the US, the offices
he has directly led made it into the Global Won and WARC (previously Gunn) Reports’ World’s
Top 15 agencies lists three times and produced work that were ranked No.1 globally twice.
Other honors include Grand Prix in the WARC Marketing Effectiveness Awards, Cannes Lions
Grands Prix and a ranking of No.1 Digital Agency in the World in the WARC 100 report. His
work is in the permanent archives of the Museum of Modern Art and Clio Awards Hall of Fame.

An international multi-award-winning creative, Samira has worked across Fortune 500 brands globally. Her work on Michelob Ultra’s McEnroe vs McEnroe, a world-first physical vs. virtual tennis match between real-life John McEnroe and his digital avatars from the past, received a 2023 Emmy Sports Award in the Best Digital Innovation category, and in 2022 was awarded the only Cannes Gold Lion in Innovation. In 2022 she was also recognized on Adweek’s Creative 100 list, and in 2021 was the most awarded ECD in NA at The One Show. Her career highlights include creating Michelob Ultra Courtside with the NBA and Microsoft, launching Mikes Hard Lemonade in South America, producing a brutally honest campaign for U by Kotex which forever changed the way female sanitary products are marketed, and taking Wheat Thins and Pringles to the SuperBowl for the first time. Her work has been recognized at The One Show, the Cannes Lions Festival, D&AD, Effies , Clio, and the ADC Awards. She has also served on a number of juries internationally. Samira recently joined Ogilvy NY as their Chief Creative Officer.

Tiffany Rolfe is the Global Chief Creative Officer of R/GA and leads a team of over 200 a cross-disciplinary designers, thinkers and makers that create work at the intersection of storytelling and technology. R/GA’s clients include Nike, Verizon, Samsung, Airbnb, Slack, ESPN, and Instagram.
Tiffany thrives on developing strategic creative solutions across channels and platforms that lead to business growth and cultural impact. Prior to joining R/GA, Tiffany served as Chief Content Officer and Partner at one of the first agency/consultancy hybrids, co:collective. At co, she led the brand refresh and influencer campaigns for the ACLU following the 2016 election, as well as launching the grassroots activist platform, People Power. She worked closely with Puma and Jay-Z to create their comeback basketball shoe line, and launched the first YouTube Creators campaign globally, catapulting up and-coming “YouTubers” such as Michelle Phan, Bethany Mota, Tyler Oakley, Lily Singh and more.
Prior to co:collective she was Executive Creative Director/VP at Crispin Porter +Bogusky. During her ten years there, the agency grew from 100 people to over 1200 worldwide, and became Ad Age’s “Agency of the Decade.” Tiffany created award-winning work for MINI Cooper, Burger King, VW, Old Navy, Baby Carrots, Grey Poupon and more. She ran Amex OPEN, building the first-of-its-kind, highly recognized small business content community, OPEN Forum. She also led the Truth brand, and while highly awarded, also resulted in the most successful teen smoking cessation campaign in history.
Tiffany’s work has been featured on the cover of the New York Times, in the Wall Street Journal, Huffington Post, Ad Age, Adweek, and more. She has judged and received dozens of top awards at every major creative and effectiveness competition in the industry, including best of show at the One Show, a Grand Clio, and the Grand Prix and Titanium Lion at Cannes. Tiffany was named one of the AdWeek 50 in 2020. She is currently on the board of The One Club, is a member of Facebook’s Creative Council, the Hulu Streaming Society, and the Ad Council.

Desmond Marzette is a sports, pop culture and entertainment marketing expert with over 20 years experience working with most respected and awarded agencies and brands in the industry. Born and raised in Los Angeles, his passion for Hip Hop, sports, and advertising shaped his career path. While attending UC Berkeley, Desmond pioneered the university’s first accredited course in Hip Hop, exploring its cultural impact—a course that continues, and a passion that impacts his work, to this day.
Early in his career, he contributed to music research and production at California radio stations before joining American Greetings Interactive, where he led creation of Def Jam Mobile and Univision Mobile content service companies. Desmond has since been recruited by world-class agencies like Wieden+Kennedy, Kobe Bryant’s creative agency Zambezi Inc., Creative Artists Agency, and now he’s back home at the legendary Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. Over his career as an account-turned-strategist-turned-creative team leader, Dez has played a pivotal role in the marketing success of brands including Jordan, Gatorade, Levi’s, Beats by Dre, EA Games, 2K Sports, Nike and many more. His work has earned awards and recognition from the Cannes Festival of Creativity and the Association of Independent Commercial Producers, where he currently serves as a judge.
Today, as Executive Creative Director, Desmond thrives on building, nurturing, and challenging creative teams to make unforgettable pop culture moments that resonate with audiences and raise the bar for their clients.

Felipe Ribeiro is the chief creative officer at Wieden+Kennedy Portland. Prior to joining the agency’s headquarters in 2023, Felipe was based out of the W+K São Paulo office where he worked as the chief creative officer for W+K’s LatAm region, leading offices in that area to exponential growth with clients that included Budweiser, Ford, Google, Pepsi, and Nike Argentina. During that time, Felipe was integral to the establishment of W+K's office in Mexico City as well as a hub in Buenos Aires - the first network outposts in Spanish-speaking countries.
With over 16 years of experience in the advertising industry, Felipe has won numerous industry accolades, including a Grand Prix and a Titanium Lion at the Cannes Lions Festival for notable campaigns like "Bring Home the Bud" for Budweiser and the “DoorDash All The Ads” Super Bowl campaign for DoorDash. His portfolio also includes work for brands such as Nike, Google, Old Spice, Prime Video, and Sprite.
Felipe is originally from Santos, a coastal city in Brazil, and grew up surrounded by canoeists and musicians and had 15 minutes of (very local) fame as a vocalist in a hardcore band. Those days are gone, but he continues to draw inspiration from music, writing, sports, and design to create work with a unique voice and a genuine chance of becoming part of the culture.
